On Sunday night it was a grand launch for his son Sumanth second film took place in the presence of industry friends of Shailendra Babu at Capitol Hotel, Bangalore.

V Ravichandran and Shailendra Babu grandson Baby Ayan unveiled the cut out of ‘Dilwala’ to give a beginning to the shooting.

Known for straightforward statements V Ravichandran said Sumanth acted well in ‘Aata’ but it did not do well. When I was told this title I was not happy for ‘Dilwala’. I told you could change. However a producer like Shaildra Babu should not suffer in the box office. With new director he should sit and analyze after 10 days and fill the laxities with correct approach. This would help in scaling new heights. V Ravichandran wished all the best for Sumanth, Radhika Pandit, Shailendra Babu and others connected to the film.

I would take the suggestion of V Ravichandranji in discussing the film after 10 days of shoot said Shailendra Babu. I have picked Anil Kumar watching his film ‘Shakthi’ and his narration pattern plus dialogues for this film are very good said Shailendra Babu.

He is good in picking up things. For me this film is Bayasade Banda Bhagya! Anil Kumar says he is a great fan of V Ravichandran. He is like Boss. I always told films should be of his style and making. He has come here today makes me very happy he mentioned. There are very fresh scenes and takings he promised on his ‘Dilwala’ film.

Sumanth Shailender disclosed that he heard 100 plus stories in the one year after ‘Aata’. It is Anil Kumar narration pattern impressed me. He has worked for Kempe Gowda and directed ‘Shakhti’. We all do good film with good freedom to work in our banner said Sumanth. He is bearded for this film and looking different.

Radhika Pandit says it is poles apart from her recent film ‘Kaddi Pudi’. It is a love story but narration is fresh and novel. How the story is told is very important. With newcomers there is lot of enthusiasm and this is what I like she pointed in her address.
